Why has my package been returned to the sender?

If we were unable to deliver your package, don't worry! We will process the return and, if you have already made the payment, we will issue the refund as soon as possible.

Please note:

Returned orders are not automatically reshipped. If you still wish to receive the items, a new order will need to be placed.

The refund may take up to 14 days from the date the package is returned.
